The modified T2 component BPOs have some side effects that may not have been intended and may need to be modified. I'll use the Nighthawk as an example.
Most of the T2 components for a Nighthawk can be made in around a day, except one. The changes to the Titanium Diborite Armor Plate Blueprint, and the fact that you now need 10,500 needed to build a ME -3 Nighthawk, mean that it takes almost 3 days to build enough Armor Plates for 1 ship.
1. Should CCP adjust the time to manufacture these sorts of component now that the number required has gone up by so much?
or
2. Should the number required be reduced with a corresponding increase in the raw material requirements to reduce build time?
or
3. Are they fine as they are?

or you could you know use multiple armor plate BPOs and build a portion of the plates off of each...

you'r forgeting to include the effect of the industry skill. With that and some PE, it only takes 2 days. The thing that you can't get around is the extra hauling it takes (3 trips for 2 cruisers where before it only took one trip).

They did adjust the build speed. Also, multiple BPOs, they are cheap.
Hauling ? Stuff everything in a freighter.

You are correct in your analysis. However, you have forgotten one other option.
4. Prices should rise to reflect the hassle industrialists have to go through to manage building a second armor plate job after the reactor job finishes.
The haulage issue is one that could do with addressing. Although there is an unintended benefit in that T1 industrials carrying materials for a HAC are both full and yet no longer worth ganking.
