I cannot accept that as a buy-out, but I will accept it as a bid. Since it meets my reserve price, if no one bid higher before end of auction, and you don't spend all your ISK somewhere else, this char will go to you.

Auction is over. spanky421 is the current winner at 2.1 billion ISK. (Looks like I should have taken that buy out.  )
I'm at work ATM, but will be able to transfer the character later today. If you'd like to send me an eve-mail with your account name, and send the ISK to me, I'll transfer in 6-8 hours from now. I will check EveMon now and then and post confirmation of receiving the ISK.
