Ok, how many copys can you make of a Navitas blueprint? Second is the material needed for to make the blueprint item is used to make 1 of the item, or the whole blueprint, and can you sell blueprint copys?

1. If you own a BPO, you can make unlimited copies 2. The materials listed under the bill are for 1 batch of the item. 1 batch for ships and modules is 1 ship/mod. Ammo typically is higher than 1. 3. You can sell copies under contract but not on the open market. ------

When you look at the attributes under "show info" you should see a section that states how many items are made per run, example - 1 run of Large Iridium Charges makes 100 rounds of ammo.
Most BP's you buy off the market (if not all, someone correct me please) will be BPOs. Sadly, when you look at the info off the market it won't say "Blueprint - Original" however if you already own the BP, you will see it in green towards the top. You can take this BPO and run Material Efficency to lessen materials needed for manufacturing and Production Efficiency to lessen the time needed to produce the item.
You can also take that BPO and run off some copies (max licensed runs is highly recommended) and then run them through the invention process in hopes of getting a Tech II blueprint that's good for only a limited amount of runs (based on decryptor, base item, etc). However, afaik, the ME and PE don't effect the end-result of the invention process - only the decryptor / base item have any effect (as far as ME, PE, Runs, etc.)

You can only buy and sell BPO on the market, AND they cannot have ever been used to obtain a quote for either manufacturing or research, or the BPO will be unpacked and there is no way to repackage it.

I've read that this is a game mechanics issue. The market browser shows you info on items that don't have complete attributes because the items don't actually exist until they are delivered to a hangar.

Oh, and another quick little note - there are some T2 BPOs in existence in the game. They were distributed out via a lottery system back before Invention was introduced. However, due to some player (and CCP staff, iirc) exploitation they stopped seeding / distributing Tech II BPOs.
However, if you are really determined and well funded you can occasionally find a T2 BPO on contract but expect to get quite butt-hurt on the cost. Most the guides / posts I've read have stated that the difference in investment:profitability is far friendlier with invention than to try and purchase T2 BPOs... and then there's the recent spike in market prices which have made T2 production without direct access to moon minerals a near null proposition (IMO).
