Hopefully this record does not last for long. It has a rather bittersweet aftertaste. RIP P-2T and D-G. .

This has been repeated for years. Just the amount of players crashing the node changed. The more they did to reduce the lag in fleet battles the more people were thrown on the node until it crashed.
Yeah, CCP never did a thing to address the lag issue in fleet battles....
being playing this game for years, ccp fault is dominion. Big fleet fights were playable before (yes with some lag) but this recent patch with all the sov changes only encourages larger blob warfare than before, shooting structures with a gazillion hp. I'm all for new content/gameplay but not at the price of staring at a black screen trying to load up for over an hour....

RIP d-gtmi node (providence) check at this thread.
I was looking forward to a great fight in d-g.
It's not fair to both the -A- and CVA joint fleets that were supposed to fight. Many of us on both sides are denied the chance to engage in combat due to the lack of server stability and reliability.
This is truly a joke. It's pathetic CCP, really pathetic. "

Zeba plz shut up, the simple fact is EVE is currently running worse than before dominion, and ccp should care more about getting there servers running properly than and extra few ppl online. This last expansion has been a massive backwards step for the game and ccp isnt doing enough to fix it.

No they didn't. Dominion cemented the problem that huge blobs were required. The fights are happening over sov which requires blobs. |

So the fact that 97% of the server is currently humming along just fine means we have to erase all the good things from the forums and only let the problems of the 3% get any attention? Why in blazes would anyone do that? Does your entire school suspend all activites because some fat emo kid with no self esteem is crying in a corner?
So, u selfish?

While a commendable achievement, any possible accolades are overshadowed by the game's current litany of daily DB crashes, a bugged payment system (where you can get banned for using a GTC), and CCP's typical poor and/or non-existant QA that is still left mostly to players who pay to be granted that privilege.
The accumulated filth of all their sex and murder will foam up about their waists and all the ho's and politicians will look up and shout 'Save us!' and I'll look down, and whisper 'no.' |

Well thats the thing about the forums. Only the warriors and annoyed arse themselves to poast here as everyone else is too busy enjoying the game. So when the odd happy person stumbles upon the forums when looking for some info and thinks what the hell might as well make a post he is immediatly treated as a fanboi.

maybe this numbers are fake ? What if CCP is fudging numbers, in order to lure potential investors into business, like the bankers did ? What happens if the bubble bursts ?

Iirc from one of the economic reports the percentage of accounts coming from the same ip(good candidate for multiple account user) was under 10% or maybe a bit higher so only a few thousand of those players were alt accounts.
