My latest to cleared up after a few more jumps, both together - so it seems like a timing issue? This time it was about 4hrs, my other was around 18hrs

Hmm, 20 hours later, still no response whatsoever to either the petition I logged, or this thread that now has over 3400 reads. Not impressed or convinced that CCP cares much about what is clearly a problem. I notice its acknowledged in the players news bit, but as to what is being done about it, well............
Tried EVERY suggestion listed here, no joy.
Heres to hoping that we are not going to be expected to take a standings hit, for something that we have no control over whatsoever.

I took a mission about 20 hours ago it still doesn't have the rats and I have also tried all suggestions.
This is to all of you that are complaining that nothing is being done, and no one is responding to you.
From all the posts you can obviously see that this is a bug. If you are so worried about losing standings...quit accepting missions! and if you have looked at an other threads in the forums you can see this is not the only problem. The developers are do something they are fixing other things.. you are not the most important character in the game. If you read the news you would see they have fixed problem and they haven't responded because they have millions of mails to respond to.
I am very frustrated too but what do you expect the first few days/weeks of a major patch!!!

This is to all of you that are complaining that nothing is being done, and no one is responding to you.
From all the posts you can obviously see that this is a bug. If you are so worried about losing standings...quit accepting missions! and if you have looked at an other threads in the forums you can see this is not the only problem. The developers are do something they are fixing other things.. you are not the most important character in the game. If you read the news you would see they have fixed problem and they haven't responded because they have millions of mails to respond to.
I am very frustrated too but what do you expect the first few days/weeks of a major patch!!!

This does not work all the time but it did work in a few occasions.
Go to the Journal and ask for a conversation with the agent.
Respond to the dialog and accept the mission again.
The spawn quickly regenerated right there.
Note that it works on some missions but not all.

I think its fair to say that none of us wanted this to be an abiding "Exodus" experience, but as you rightly said, give CCP time to work through the mountain.
Just as long as they restore my lubbly hard earned standings for their "Oversight"......

I understand there is a lot to be worked on, so I am not overly upset about this taking a while to fix. I can also understand the devs not posting here, I would rather believe they are trying to fix the bugs, not sitting back reading posts.
What I expect, however, is for CCP to properly test the patch before they roll it out. A few bugs, sure, its bound to happen. But what we have seen is way to many bugs, and very obvious bugs at that, which should have been caught way before they released this patched.

I've found an easier way to solve deadspace missions that are not spawning (after hours of brain crunching and spacedust smoking, of course ):
I just call my agent that gave me that mission and he offers that mission again, as we've had never talked about it  !
If I accept again, the morons are spawning instantly (that's why I recommend to do that at least 60 km from the buoy).
