So i have one question. Does your alliance needs to be holding the sov to anchor the required modules, or can i just go to a system with the required upgrades and plant my tower and mods there even though my alliance doesnt hold the sov. Ofcourse assuming that alliance B has upgraded said system

Don't know.
What I do know, however, is that you will quickly see a cyno form in-system, and very shortly thereafter, you will lose that POS to the 10 or 20 dreads that come knocking, once Alliance B discovers you building supercarriers in their backyard.

the question is based on if Alliance A wants to build in Alliance B Sovern space.. Both alliances are Blue to each other and Alliance A has permission to set up the tower and structures needed to build Supercaps?? Or does Alliance A required to have the sovernty in the space they want to build ??

Well, why couldn't Alliance A build supercaps for their owndamnselves? Alliance B is screwed if they set up, start production on a few, and watch as "A" resets all their blues. Stranger things have happened, ask a Goon.
Any self-respecting spaceholding alliance should have the funds to drop on a Nyx or two.

If you have to ask, you shouldn't be building supercaps.

Those last two reply really helped, thanks, now go back to CAOD. The question is simply: if alliance A has a system upgraded to allow supercap, can alliance B anchor the required mods at a pos in system of alliance A? I cant find anywhere where it says it has to be your alliance holding the sov in said system

so has alliance A let it's friends die in a fire, taken all their decent moons whilst failing to help in any meaningful way and alliance B still wants to be friends and build supercaps in alliance A's space?

Wasting space? Do you mean a few column inches on an infinitely long thread, or a few bits of server memory on a multi-TB disk array?

You sound bitter, did i hit a nerve ?
PS: You need your own sov for it afaik, so i think in your case, you should wait a few months untill you can get back that which you lost, and you are so bitter about. :) --- I smack just for myself. Allow faction cap boosters to be traded via normal market ! |

To ansver OP's question. You need sov to anchor capital production thingy (that is used to do supercaps) at your POS thus if entity A has sov in the system entity B can't anchor that thingy at their POS, as they do not have the needed sov for it.
What you can do however is to enter small shell corporation into alliance A (if they are ok with it) and use it to erect and anchor the needed pos and structures. Alliance B can do all the hauling and all you need is alt in the shell corporation in alliance A who can fly freighter and start the build jobs. Freighter is needed to move materials from the local station into the POS as you still can not acsess POS thingis cross corporation.
Take it with grain of salt as I have not built supercapitals myself and should I ever do it I would do it under my own sov. In my opinion trying to build supercapitals under someone elses sov is not a good idea.
