Is it possible to fit a t3 with the Covert sub and a Cloak and travel through high-sec as an outlaw safe?

You can't cloak as an outlaw if that's what you are hoping for. ~ Soar Like a Penguin |

I doubt you would be able to cloak in time before you get Concordokkened. Not only that, even if you do manage to cloak in time, if you try to cloak into a high-traffic system, you might get bumped by the locals that just jumped in and thus your cloak is disabled.

so was your answer any better. you didn't even give one you just lipped him for information that is completely correct. you cant cloak when your an outlaw in hi sec, concord always find you. but if you could then ya you would just get bumped then poped. his statement is still valid.
why don't you learn how to flame a little better then that before making yourself look like an a**hat on the forums.
kthxbye

more cos of stupid 5-minute timer:
CONCORD doesn't kill outlaws in hisec, only faction police. Concord only shows up when you get a GCC. So therefore both of you are wrong and giving out bad advice.
You can't activate cloak module in hisec as an outlaw. Something about police jamming your cloak.
Again, FACTION NAVY COMES AFTER YOU, NOT CONCORD. Escaping faction navies is possible but evading concord is an exploit.
My flame was better than yours, since you don't know what you're talking about and flaming while I'm flaming him cos he was giving out completely wrong advice. Why don't YOU learn about the game before lipping me, junior? Now YOU look like the asshat on the forums cos you didn't know what you were talking about and flamed me. Try again and try harder next time kthxbai

One minor issue:
If you are an outlaw, CONCORD does show up IF you fly through high-sec that is controlled by CONCORD(e.g. Yulai iirc). So watch those systems.
As for the rest, MC is right.
