yeah, everything but the ice belts in every system ive checked (most of heim and metropolis) are empty.

All regions as far as i can tell, freinds in nullsec say its hit them aswell, caldari and minmatar regions affected fully, not sure about the others.
I doubt that wormholes will be affeced, but thats speculation.

yeah i thought so. because wormhole belts are exploration types, not a set system like in normal space

not really, mining in static belts is the backbone of the econamy, without it there will be HUGE inflation on everything

Static belts are the belts in any system (static means they dont move, unlike gravimetric sites, which arnt static)
