Confirming this is true UK are now so broke they did not pay Sov bill and systems are nuet again.
Ahh the irony of the above posts on AM's fail
I've seen the corp wallet, we paid the sov bill and so did NKB who had the other TCU. It's right there in black and white, easy to prove.
Both TCU's offlined at the same second (21:48), generating mails at the same time. This was also around the time the server went a bit odd/laggy.
It's obviously a bug, the question is what CCP will do about it, probably nothing but it's important to at least identify what went wrong, if only to prevent it happening to anyone else in the future. Cos, you know, having a few hundred people camp a TCU for 8 hours, which randomly switches itself off isn't really a good use of everyones internet spaceship time.

Anyone from UK who thinks this is a tinfoil conspiracy needs to STFU and stop posting (preferably forever).
CCP have an established position of not getting involved with sov bugs - the only thing you can do is hope it was identified and fixed, because it's a pretty serious bug and could in theory affect anyone.
From our side, we have all the logs to prove nothing we did was incorrect, so I'm afraid I can't shed any light on why it happened. Anyway, it's an annoying delay but it is only a delay - nothing more.

Apparently AM just lost sov again in Z-R due to the same bug 
We've taken to calling this bug "hour 48" as it seems to happen at that number of minutes past the hour after you claim sov

Well, the whole thing is a bit of an unfunny joke, but what is worse is that petitions are just answered and GM's don't seem to take any interest.
We're now going to start mass petitioning until a GM turns up in local and does something constructive.

the initial sov loss by AM was stupidity, not a bug
but after we lost sov the first time due to a bug, they lost it again to the same bug, then we lost it again, and now we've just lost it again... lulz
apparently GM's are finally on the scene and dealing with it (unless I'm being trolled by my own corp - which is likely)

No, it was all stupidity on AM's part, not bugs.
1) They dropped sov deliberately to move to a new alliance.
2) The corp who owned the TCU's did not join the new alliance, sov remained unclaimed (corps have to be in an alliance to online the TCU's).
3) Corp rejoined AM, started onlining the TCU's
4) AAA/UK/Sys-K killed the TCU's, captured the stationed, and onlined our own TCU's - at that point it should have been 'game over' but the bug started at this point
There were no bugs in effect prior to number 4... just ****-ups

So what you're saying is: you had no idea how to transfer sov, but even if it worked you knew that sov would drop and leave your systems vulnerable for 8 hours in the middle of a war? Are you suprised this didn't end well for you? The whole idea was bonkers, and poorly timed to begin with.
Also, it would have made no difference anyway - AM anchored new TCU's which were destroyed in those systems - we then focused on the Z-R and 3D systems maintaing system control for 20 hours a day. The onlining bug affected our side much more, as we were in control of the system trying to online the TCU's.
The ironic thing is the onlining bug has benefitted you much more by preventing us taking full control of the stations 3 days ago, and yet you still seem to think some great injustice has occured.
