Looks different and fun, but I expect that to get boring after a week.
I wonder what the looting and crafting system will be.

I need to mine 900.000 tons of VELDSPAR (looks around for Chribba) to get a implant.
The basic mechanism in games is always about making progress, and progress is usually defined as getting stuff(tm). Stuff is more space, money, ships, items, power etc.
Ive seen games where you get everything you want almost instantly. They suck. :)
What gamers do is refine real money into entertainment, just like any consumer.

I think you just helped me prove my own point.
It wasn't grinds I was joking about.
It was the rewards.
What sounds cooler to you? Some microchip thing that goes into your head and gives you abilities you didn't have? Or tires?
