I am most likely going to get flamed for this, but I was thinking of a module that would render remote repping and boosting useless or diminished.
Using this on a target would make it similar to how siege modules stops remote rep from working on a carrier or a dread.
Other than shooting or jamming a ship, remote rep has no directly specific counters.

Target Jammers is for everything in general.
Nearly all the remote modules have a counter except for Remote Rep.
Tracking Link - Tracking Disruptor
Remote Sensor Booster- Remote Sensor Dampeners
ECM - ECCM
Energy Transfer and Cap Booster - Nosferatu, Neut
Remote Armor, Shield, Hull Repper - ??? (Shooting Ship doesn't count)

yeah, truly necessary since
a) Logistics are a pest all over eve with thousands running around, not allowing to shoot anything
b) They could never be jammed or dammed or neuted or good lord called primary
c) The anti repairing thing called handing out dps is so boring, if we could have one module that totally incapacitate a whole ship (better said ship class).
d) if we can't have that module, I would take rr out of the game completely (right?)

Guns are to RR as Neuts are to energy transfer.

Remote repping and spider tanking is the reward for treating your fleet as a single entity and organizing it to perform well. That Guardian has 0 DPS and can't tackle, all it does is serve the group. Kill it, ECM it, neut it, do whatever you want to it, but there's no real call for a counter-repper. The easy joke about "Oh, if only there was a module that removed HP from the target ship," has already been made, so I'll leave that one alone. ======================

there are already modules against logistigs. I'll point them out in the descending order as you should use them:
1) ECM 2) guns 3) energy neutralizer

Unit ADA this is my solution for you.
1. Make many trial alts.
2. Train Gallente Cruisers and Remote Armor Repair Systems
3. Get army of exequrors and Large or Medium Armor reps.
4. If your enemy is cheating, you should cheat as well.
With several Exequrors remote repping you and as long as you keep your target tackled far away the battle will result in Your victory or a complete draw!
I encourage everyone to have several Remote Rep alts. Since they have no aggro timers you can dock them once they get attacked or targeted. However if you fit remote sensor dampeners on your exequrors your enemy won't even be able to lock them as long as you tackle them and prevent them from running away. If they try to go after you logistics you can use this opportunity to run away.
Neutral Remote Reppers, if you can't beat them join them.
I encourage everyone to have a remote repping alt or several.
Who knows eventually someone will make a remote rep macro then you have control 8 remote rep alts at once with it!

yeah, more neutral dudes to shoot, great.
You could as well train up many falcon alts, its even better I think. More is always better, its rather the question wheter you want an own alt army or you just play the game as intended with friends/corpies.
