CVA and Allies have a long history of trying to keep Providence safe for neutral traffic.
However we have to recognise that with so many pirates from Ushra'khan, AAA, Atlas, SYS-K, CCP Engineering Alliance and others at work in Providence there is no way it can be kept safe for the forseeable future.
Please note that the rules have not changed and as far as CVA and friends are concerned you are still welcome in Providence. We just don't recommend it.
Good luck to all honest folk and the defenders of Providence. :)

Ah, just as expected. Finally the fool behind the desk at the top of the god-forsaken slaver hovel sees his mistake.
I like how we are not even mentioned.
We have you broken, CVA. And It will be my greatest PLEASURE to be there when you crumble.

Putting aside excitable remarks from various quarters, I am rather puzzled by one element of the statement. I don't think I will comment directly on it but there is an entity present in the list of 'pirates' that I think can only be included due to serious delusions on the part of the increasingly fragile Aralis.
That aside, Aralis says the rules have not changed. Yet only now neutrals are not 'safe' in Providence.
Forgive me, but this is nonsense. It can only mean that neutrals were never 'safe' in Providence and it is certainly true that the CVA have never allowed neutrals to act to protect themselves against real threats. The CVA has always arrogated to itself the right to determine who may be shot and who may not be shot in Providence. And it is this that has meant that neutrals have always been at threat from the CVA and its gangster allies, if those neutrals have dared to defend themselves or take just action against those who have aggressed them and retreated under the shelter of the standings enclosurist Providence regime.
Moreover, the CVA has always arrogated to itself the absolute right to dictate diplomacy within Providence and in its adventurist provinces in Catch. This is what has led to the increased activity of large military forces in Providence. It is not 'piracy'. It is war. War caused because Aralis ignored his own vassals. The 'Holder' alliances wanted to avoid all this. But their views were ignored. Out of loyalty some of them are determined to go down burning. Others have seen the light and the truth. The CVA is the author of the destruction of its so-called 'safe zone' in Providence. No-one else.
No, all we have here is a melt-down by the CVA's leader as he makes a thoroughly dishonest attempt to portray the CVA as noble and suggest that the fall of their regime will be a great ill for all honest neutrals. It will not.

The Lord giveth, and the Lord taketh away. I call upon the new residents of Providence to pay their respects to the God that granted them victory over CVA, and hope they don't live to see the swift vengeance of the God's empire. It was God's will that providence be reclaimed in His name, only through profound faith and redemption will we ever see peace in that region. I call upon all faithful warriors on both sides to cease hostilities, and allow all slaves and other materiel to be returned to their rightful owners.
Blessed be. --------------------------- Amarr Victor! |

Don't get overexcited Ethan *chuckles*
We can take Sev3rance, and we did - but without the help of our allies, the Battle of Space and Freedom IV may not have ended as well as it did.
And without the invasion of combined UK and AAA forces into southern Providence, and the mayhem and chaos they cause, phase one of Operation Black Lustrum may have been hell a lot harder than it was.

CVA has a longstanding tradition to call anyone they dont like pirates. Not likely to stop now
E.g. for our attacks on -7- and other campaigns, we clearly must be pirates. But actually they shot us first, only it was outside Providence, so it doesnt count
That has been their so-called NRDS and strategy for a long time. Allow members or holder alliances to conduct piracy or war outside of Providence, and if the victims come to Providence to retaliate, thats clearly piracy

I have never claimed to be innocent Mr Cutter, in fact I'm far from it. But back to the point at hand...
CVA and their slaves invaded our space with the plan to conquer the region. Not to kick our allies U'K out but to claim our territory for yourselves. We defended ourselves, reclaimed our systems and offered your leaders a truce. Their reply was to insult us and vow to invade again as soon as our back is turned.
CVA started this war. CVA continued it after we offered peace. Piracy has nothing to do with it and if you can't stomach war I suggest you move to Jita asap.

While I have long respected CVA and its goals and I wish I could be a part of it, I have to point out one thing. You are still holding CCP responsible for the blame of what is happening? Both sides of capsuleers are responsible for all this. The spacial distortions, the humongous fleets, and the current war. Do not try and place the blame on a party which does nothing less than its best. It makes you look like a whiner and a blame-placer.
So please Aralis, don't give this bull story that everything is happening because of that particular alliance. CVA bloc and -A- coalition are at fault for the current happenings. No one else.

This is where you are wrong.
Providence was once a place where neutrals could fly freely. Only until you and your terrorist friends showed up has it taken such a hit in population.
Admit your warmongering is only to fulfill your selfish violent needs. Admit you and your friends are only attacking Providence because your transient nature drives you blindly towards bloodshed and that being a terrorist is the only way you and your people know how to live.

I'm no fan of Concord and various ways in which it extorts money from capsuleer organizations. But I think it's a bit much to call CCP Engineering -- one of their largest subcontractors -- "pirates" just because they were responding to a U'K support request.
For the record, here's some evidence of the problem they were troubleshooting:

So I'm curious, who does CVA consider a political enemy? Do they have any actual political enemies? According to Aralis' statement they don't seem to. Everyone who opposes them is just a pirate.
So basically you lost your HQ system, among others, to a just gang of pirates?
Aralis, have you asked your Empress for forgiveness? Has she demanded you kill yourself for your incompetence for losing entire systems to mere 'pirates'? |

first, you suck Aralis
second, "Operation Deliverance" has failed, time to make new smart plans. according to cva-eve.org, the goals for Deliverance is;Enforce
ò Amarrian law and bring an end to piracy in the Empire
ò Increase economic development and prosperity
ò Stabalize and strengthen space to futher the Amarr empires territorial reclamation
you had two of them, and made a bad attempt at the third, which was all fun for holders and -A-. then you (Aralis) made the dumbest decission this year (maybe kartoon going on honeymoon was dumber) and now you have none of the above 3 goals...

Despite all that, we're also inclined to be forgiving of political expediencies - most of our 'target' list can be removed from it with fairly simple diplomacy. That goes for most of the inhabitants of Providence - renounce your enclosurist dogma, and stop being CVA sockpuppets, and we're prepared to talk.
