Guys i finally installed eve online on fedora 12. But now i have a big problem. It seems i don't have any video drivers installed on my notebook :(. So...few days ago i found a way on web to install nvidia drivers. It was mostly a command i written on terminal and it began with yum. It started to install those drivers and at the middle i remember i seen a kind of error but installation continued. I hoped the drivers were installed properly. But i still seen yahoo messenger keeps working very hard as if i won't have any video card . But now after i installed eve online i convinced myself i have no video drivers installed on my computer . So...how i see what drivers i have installed on my machine...does fedora have smth like widows computer management? How can i install nvidia drivers on my computer? i tried to download them on nvidia website but smth did not work at download. I have nvidia drivers for my video card on the CD i go when i bought my notebook. You think those will work if i install them with wine?

I think you've jumped in the deep end. Recommendation is get yourself a different distro. Fedora is not for the beginner.
Ubuntu is a safe bet, although, Ubuntu 9.10 has an annoying extra startup problem with Eve that others don't have.

glxinfo | grep -i direct should give you
direct rendering: Yes
If you have 3D Video drivers installed, it's been a long time I used fedora but I think you will have to add another repo.

you need to get the winetricks script and installed and run 'winetricks corefonts'. that should fix this problem.
