I'll restate a couple things , respond to a couple , argue a couple.
Missions are the only place where LP are earned , so thats why its the only option for exchange .
ANYBODY can do missions . Acting like its exclusive is pretty narrow minded . The option is there and every player would have the choice. The only people who can do the missions are the ones in highsec, leaving null players out of this buff.
Old players are only half the success of any game (or less) What makes games grow and evolve is NEW players. Getting them in and getting them hooked. We all know that SP to an old player isnt half as important as it is to the new player. This is the reason I started playing. The fact that to get good actually takes time, and that players can't just join and be max level by the end of the week. The real importance of the game is that the game company doesnt fold instantly to new player's whines.
Whatever game your infering I go back too.. I never played it. I'm betting at this point you have more experience there than I do. I'm pretty sure he means WoW
LP doesnt add up very fast . It takes months to get 500000 LP , which at a 1:1 trade in is only worth about 10 days training time . A reduced exchange rate would be possible. I truly don't think the effect wouldn't be very much at all. And all affect wouldbe positive. I don't think its fair to yell at you for saying this, cause I think you only ever got as high as lvl 3's, but I am anyway. Try the people who mindlessly grind lvl 4's and 5's. In the course of a night they can easily get that much, or even more. Do your research idiot.
More Titan pilots is a bad thing ? This statement says that you have no clue whatsoever of what you are talking about. Its EVE Online. NOT TITANS Online.
0.0 is fun and can be a good place to make isk .Being there is a choice . I bet most people would stay there because its fun , but they would have the choice to go do a mission here and there if they thought it was a smart thing to do. Alot of players out in Null don't have the simple option of saying, "Hm, I feel like being a total tool today. I'm going to fly up to empire to run some missions to get my 'levels' higher." No, it doesnt just work that way. Mission runners currently enjoy the LOWEST RISK way of making isk. There exists nothing easier to do in Eve to make money, and that in and of itself is already un-balanced. Then you come in here with your noobish attitude, complaining that its not fair that because we;ve been playing this game for 2 years longer than you, you need an edge on us. Go get some friends in game. Good allies are better than any amount of SP you'll ever have.
What you're missing is that Eve isn't a destination, its a journey.
Realize this when you play for another few months. ------------------
