Currently I have record of 90 offline pos, 4 of these have modules attached.
Pos 1 has 8 modules and a hanger (Price: 40mil)
Pos 2 has 2 modules and a hanger (Price: 10mil)
Pos 3 has 3 modules and a hanger (Price: 15mil)
Pos 4 has 1 module and a hanger (Price: 5mil)
It's expected that these will be reactivated soon (after all who leaves their pos offline when they have modules attached?)
All purchases come with a full intel report of defences at the location.

offline or not, you still have to blow up a tower to unachor any mods

if a towers offline does that mean it doesn't go into reinforced mode? I'm clueless when it comes to towers

If the tower is offline, it doesn't go into reinforced mode, you just need to blow it up, then you can steal the modules that are anchored.

**Update**
Now have a record of 411 POS, 125 of which are offline.
9 of these pos have "good" modules attached. (I have a couple listed with just corp hangers etc, but you need to contact me in game about those).

Hello Perrin! I sent you 40 millions for the Pos 1 location. I hope you will send me that location info soon - or give me a refund within the next business day or I will have to resort to doing bad things.

Hello altyaltyaltyalt, my wallet argues strongly that you have not sent me any money at all, in fact I suspect you're either trying to be funny in some way, or you weren't paying attention and sent money to a different Perrin (there's a stupid number of us online). I see no contracts for me, no mail from you, and nothing in my wallet, all of which is to be considered a good thing, because the pos location has sold.
Perhaps I was unclear in my original posting, the list was to make people aware of what was available, so that they could contact me in game to arrange purchase, not to randomly just send money. I hope for your sake that you're just trying to be funny or scam me in some manner, because if you've sent 40mil to the wrong character you may never get it back.

This is like telling a bunch of kids with ADHD that you know where their school books for their homework are hidden... You have wasted your time big time, no one want to shoot a pos unless the moon its anchored at got some nice minerals.

Well, yes, to be honest I did indeed discover that selling offline POS locations was like pulling teeth, but thats ok, I did some hunting around, made some new contacts, and now I have a better use for the intel, as was suggested to me in a different post, I'm just taking them down myself (well, getting someone to do it for me), so it's all good :)
This way, a pos I'd have sold for 5mil, now nets me around 50mil..makes me pretty happy! :)
