hey if you could pay 9 bucks an hour for a 20 hour work week ill glady be ccp meatshield for you guys and take all the heat and flame. I do have a real job that I need to go to though during the day. But ill gladly do this during us late night time zones.

There's some humour involved with the dev names. The only dev name of which I know the history (besides of the obvious plays with the person's real name like Hilmar/Hellmar etc.) is CCP Incognito. (The guy didn't have a dev batch at a fanfest/some convention and was jokingly said to be the "incognito dev".)

As to the OP.
Thing is, Hilmar is probably one of those modern leaders. While CCP Machiavelli, CCP Tyrant and CCP Despot are perfectly adequate names, he is more likely using other pseudonyms here out of some misplaced PR sense.
