A brief hello

Ginny Starfox	Posted - 2010.03.10 17:32:00 - [1] I feel it to be quite an accomplishment to finally earn the privilege of the "add topic" button remaining on the page when I log in. After trudging though the gruelingly dull 14 day EVE Online trial, paying my joining fee, monthly membership and then waiting patiently for the the 72 hour security bar to be lifted, I can finally introduce myself. Hello. My name is Tom Winstanley. My girlfriend is called Ginny, and my dog is called Starfox. My name appearing on this forum as Ginny Starfox wasn't intentional. I created that character in an attempt to explain EVE to my girlfriend, and now I don't know how to change it. The EVE character I generally play with is Thomas Fluffica, explanation for that is harder to define. I do have questions, but I'll leave those for another time. For now I just wanted to pop my head around the corner and say hi. Tom it didn't work mind.

shady trader	Posted - 2010.03.10 19:58:00 - [24] To change the character you post with select setting under the eve forums section when logged in. chose the character you want to post with and tick default character box. The first four rules of eve. 1) do not trust anyone or their advise until you have independently checked it, then consider it only an advisory and not 100% true. 2) don't fly that you cannot afford to loss as at some points you you will loss your ship. 3) Remember to keep your clone updated, they get bored if you don't check on them regularly and let them know what is going on. 4)Eve has no rules. Macrointel, the place were the nature order of the universe does not hold sway. Pirates and ore thief's are congratulated by carebears for the actions.
