HowÆre you?
WeÆre okay, really we are!
WeÆre looking for more people to join us doing nothing specific, so we can come up with another wild plan, make it happen and move to the next maybe-not-so-brilliant idea.
WeÆre Sphere Industries and weÆve been around for close to 7 years. We operate out of the Minmatar end of space, Heimatar/Metropolis region.
Most of our members are between 3years to 5 months, WeÆve got really old players that are so old their corp history is bugged, and weÆve got people who are so new to the game theyÆre assuming mining is a viable profession.

Either way IÆm Tira Mitzu and IÆm one of the directors of Sphere Industries, thereÆs a couple of directors in Sphere and weÆre all equal. We work together like a brain.
ThereÆs me, I come up with the weirdest things, take care of most of the recruitment. Eve-dictionary basicly.
ThereÆs PM Keys, heÆs the guy who looks for some logic and reason, but doesnÆt need it to continue.
ThereÆs Woad Rager, Woad is our EFT god, heÆll think of fittings that might mean the end of the universe as we know it, WoadÆs the guy who goes ôThis Orca needs guns!ö he comes up with battle plans, tactics and common sense.
We have 2 CEOÆs theyÆre Fruny and Gravedigger, theyÆre the coolest people I ever met in an online game, theyÆve got the whole ôyeah been there done that but lets see if this worksö attitude.
Basicly our members come up with an idea, we as directors work it out, make sure itÆs a tad bit viable and then we poke GD(gravedigger) heÆll just go ôsounds good lets do itö and then we have a corp goal for a week or 2.
WeÆre looking for people who will bring ideas to the corp, initiative, humor.
WeÆre a fun bunch, weÆre always on either the alliance TS or the corp Vent. Our corp chat is barely used since most of us are on a first name basis. WeÆre no longer just corp mates, weÆre buddies.
WeÆre looking for active people, any timezone will do, will get back on that
WeÆre looking for mature people. I believe the current average age is somewhere late 20Æs early 30Æs.
I myself am 25 years old and IÆm one of the youngest people, weÆve just had a small recruitment drive yielding us some people my age.
WeÆre looking for people who are self sufficient. Sure if you need a ship and we got the BPO for it weÆll make you a copy wich you can use, not a problem!
WeÆre looking for people who dont want to hang out all the time, but who are interested in just doing something together once or twice a week.
Atm our corp events are limited to: running missions (L5 and L4Æs) Mining!(just stripping belts or hovering in an ice belt while messing about on teamspeak)
WeÆve got some things going on on a sidetrack but nothing that involves most of the corp.
Our Things?
WeÆre a high sec mission-running industrial corp that has values like trust and friendship.
We recently did an overhaul of the roles needed, we can provide research slots for those who would need it, ofcourse we do expect a month or 2 of activity to get an idea of who you are.
WeÆre also part of a pretty active alliance called Eternal Strife, itÆs a pretty cool alliance, everybody does their own thing and they always have something going on, from WHÆs to PVP ops.
do note, Sphere Industries is a NRDS corp, weÆre not interested in pvp as a corp, weÆve got no need for it really. Our alliance is fairly young compared to us, but the idea behind the alliance and their view on things convinced us to join up with them.
If youÆre remotely interested in our corp, just poke either: Tira Mitzu, PM Keys or Woad Rager ingame, or join our public channel ôSphereö.
If there aint anyone in the channel just wait it out really, weÆll be arround in a bit, weÆve got aussies, europeans, americans, south americans, canadians, weÆll take close to anybody, aslong as they appear to be nice people, are willing to provide an API key, and are capable of talking either voice coms or chatbox (yeah we once had a guy who couldnÆt talk.. long story)

Update
We've opened a spot for an event organiser, someone who will coordinate between the mission runners and the miners, to set up events on at least a weekly basis
events need to be PVE,
You'd have to be a die hard gamer who doesn't mind sending out a dozen mails, replying to alot of questions.
willing to query our members to see what they're willing to do, what they would participate to, what their perfect time is etc.
whats the benefit?
nothing, you'd be a regular member of Sphere with eventualy a title, something along the lines of "Director of Events" or "Partyboy"
something like that, you would get no special hangar access, no special rights, however you'd be taking alot of work off our(directors/CEOs) hands.
