Probably nothing, Excel is very temperamental when it comes to XML tables.
I do have a fix/workaround for this issue in the Tyrannis version which will be released not too long after the data dump, however in the meantime if you wouldn't mind using your own local price that will work just as well, if not give more accurate results.

Long awaited update, long awaited release still not arrived, however work is progressing at a speedy rate.
I've already got the new inventory and price book done, and as it's in a modular format I could release the basic suite when the refining sheet is done (not that long) and release the build, pos and PI stuff at a later date, however I would prefer to release all components in one go.
What I really want to say is that I have not forgotten or ignored the EIO project, and I hope you haven't either.
Check out the PI preview for some fun and games
PI Preview sheet
It's a standalone workbook so unzip it anywhere on your hard drive.
I'll not be updating the web site until a package has been released though.

Progress is golden at the moment, should be able to release something before the end of the week, fingers crossed.

Is there a way to make a longer "Order Sheet"? 10 items at a time just isn't quite enough when it comes to having to make t2 components.

I believe you can only have a maximum of 10 (or is it 11?) concurrent build slots active at one time hence the limit.
You could use one of the earlier versions that has no limit though I'm not sure if the material requirements haven't changed, depends on the version you use.
Alternatively download a second copy and use them both.

EIO PriceBook tyrannis.xlx:
I've spent a couple hours going through this. Unfortunately, my Excel 2007 knowledge is very limited. I would like to change the API marketstat link parameters for region specific data. I see you've given them for reference, but I can't determine how to change the actual API call. I have looked at the individual connection properties, e.g., "marketstat49", but they aren't editable and only reference the marketstat link without parameters. Now I'm wondering if those are dictated by the XML source maps in the workbook. Unfortunately, I am unable to test that suspicion due to my inability to display anything more than a list of the XML maps and their structure.
In short, can you provide guidance on altering the links used to make the API calls to Eve-central for pricing?
This seems to be a massive effort on your part, and I thank you!

Second post of the day :)
To answer your question I wish there was an easy way of updating existing external links but sadly at least in 2007 there isn't.
Don't know about 2010 hope they've improved the XML handling capabilities.
You're going to have to delete the existing connections in that work book (open it all by itself so you don't have any other connections appearing) - enter in ®ionlimit="" (regionID sourced by the datadump) and do it for all the tables in that work sheet.
If you're using all of the items on a regular basis then this hard work will pay off, take a night or two to get it done, if not then use the in game market to check your local prices you can enter as many items as you like in the quick browser market and create folders to keep manual updating brief.
If I could code I would, honestly - if someone wants to write and send me the code to refresh the prices on those and only those items with a button click then let me know. I'm sure people will donate as much ISK as I've received.
Sidrat - back in game.

The cleanest and most elegant manufacturing, refining and inventory spreadsheet tool is still available to download for free and make mega amounts of Isk by making intelligent decisions with the data you obtain from this tool.
It's also accurate as well in that no one has actually told me personally or posted in this thread any errors they've found, which is spectacular really given it hasn't needed to be updated since the original upload!

673 downloads so far with the last being 1 hour and 15 minutes ago, so thank you who ever that was.
I'm still available for the following.
i. Suggestions and comments ii. Praise and Isk donations iii. Thread Bumpage iv. Alliance Creation - Reasonable rates. v. Database/Spreadsheet and User Interface design on both Eve and non-Eve products - stipend may be required in in-game currency. vi. Ego scratching. vii. Really comments and feedback would be REALLY REALLY good.
Have fun all.

Hey Sid, still using your sheet pretty extensively. I hope you decide and/or have the time to continually develop it, in addition to the periodic API/database changes. My dream Eve application would be a transaction based inventory and job management system. IANADBP, but I understand this is the kind of undertaking that businesses pay large sums of money to db developers to produce and maintain. I can dream, though.

You and me both sir! You and me both.
Funnily enough though one of the first apps I released was in the access format and yes it gave a printable report for multiple items and runs. I have no idea where that's gone or if it was accurate, sure would be nice to expand upon it though.
