Just today did like 8 different anomalies & no nano ribbons. Something happen or is it just plain bad luck? Also noted that all the sigs disappeared after Eve went boink yesterday & only WH's are there now. Anyone else noticed this?

As to the nanoribbons, I cannot be sure, but I tend to agree. Had none from 3 anoms (just figured bad luck). Regarding the lack of sigs, our system is exactly as you describe, since server collapse yesterday. This tends to be why wormholers go rabid, I suppose. I'm at the point of looking to directional, praying probes show up Oh well, must be nap time

I did my first ever WH site a few days ago. Killed maybe 12 sleepers total and got 2 melted nanoribbons.

It's bad luck, although I admit that's a bad streak.
I've had similar luck though, then the next day I run 1 site and it drops 10. Suppose it's half the charm of wormholes.

Yep, it's luck.
I was messing around in a Class 1 the other day and did one site that got me 6 ribbons, moved on to the next one, nothing. Then the hole collapsed when I left to reload drones. They were the first ribbons I've found in at least 5 or 6 sites.

Have lived in this C3 since Oct. of last year & have always had at least 1 nanoribbon drop per site. We've always had plenty of anomalies, but have had at least 3-4 sigs. Now only the U210 unless there is a K162 or 2. It's almost not worth the ammo or time to do the anomlies

Edited by: VIP Ares on 30/03/2010 08:29:35 I would say that drop rate of nanoribons is dynamically adjusted as many other things in EVE.
When there is "too much" nanoribons out in the game, drop rate decreases.

ccp do make dynamic adjustments from time to time or the system adjusts. Just keep runing them i guess Signature - CCP what this game needs is more variance in PVE aspects and a little bit less PVP focus, more content more varied level 1-4 missions more than just 10 per faction high sec low sec and 00 |

Belonging to a 200 man 100% wormhole dwelling corp, i can confirm we have noted a drastic drop in nano ribbon drops.
all i can really say is that the time to buy up the market before the price spikes is now.
