I'm not interested in if Alchemy is good or not, or that CCP sucks/is awesome for adding it. I'm simply seeking information for computational reasons...
That said, I see you have to refine the resulting material from the reactor in a normal station refinery. Which processing skill can help get those materials to refine at 100%? Scrapmetal Processing? Maybe Ice Processing? Do the POS refineries grant 100% refine on these like they do for Ice?

Alchemy what? If you're referring to that mechanic, which is purely on the drawingboard, that let's us convert t1 salvage into t2 salvage.. I don't think even CCP does know the numbers yet nor when or how it will come.
