A three-headed fedo was seen today in Oursulaert. The mutant creature intruded upon a meeting between a capsule pilot and their contact at the Federal Navy station orbiting Oursulaert III before fleeing into the heavily populated station concourse area.
A passer-by said "I've never seen anything like it!"
People were quick to blame the Caldari for the appearance of the creature, and to associate it with the notorious UDI organisation, as well as the Friends of Nature.
"It's probably the Caldari behind this sort of thing." said a Quafe vending machine repairman when asked. "Starsi probably funded it. Have a Quafe, they're cool and refreshing."
The Navy declined to comment on the incident.
This shocking incident is just the latest occurrence of Caldari infiltration into the heart of the Federation. President Roden has not yet enacted any measures to combat the Caldari incursions.

What evidence is presented to indicate the Caldari (or even A Caldari) was responsible for this besides the possibly xenophobic and racist accusation of a random Quafe vending machine repair man?
You can't jump from random civilian accusation to phrasing it like its an established and undeniable fact like that.
Seriously, some mutant Fedo ends up loose on a station and its "oh my god, the Caldari are invading!!!"?

Caldari ships and privateers are frequently found skulking around.
Furthermore, the UDI organisation uses Caldari ships, and was being discussed by the pilot and their contact when the beast made its appearance.

Are you prepared to give me a reason to believe that you're qualified to decide who is "skulking" and who is visiting on legitimate business?

An organization using ships of Caldari design does not mean that they are Caldari themselves or furthering Caldari interests.
An entity being discussed when an interruption occurs in the discussion does not prove the entity that was being discussed was responsible for the interruption.

Of course she can, look at her corporate affiliation. That should give you some clue as to the thoroughness of her investigation and journalistic integrity.

Your continual attacks on the reporting are interesting. How many fedos did you deploy?
It is not just Quafe employees who suspect things.
Here's what other people have to say:
[16:50:42] Federation citizen > Dropping genetically altered fedos on people... Don't these Caldaris have any kind of decency at all ?
Exactly!

Ms Raker,
If you feel that your style of reporting has been attacked, it might have to do with the fact that your sources are either a racist Quafe repairman, or a unknown racist Federation citizen.
If you maybe had interviewed say the Station Security Liaison, and they were able to provide you with some crediablity to this story. Then maybe more pod pilots would take your reporting serious.
Until then, Pilots will see this as just simple trash and discard it as such.

The Caldari Connection! In mythology, Cerberus, the name given to a Caldari heavy cruiser, was a three-headed animal.
Federation citizens know this! [18:50:20] Muck Raker > what does the name "cerberus" mean to you? other than the Caldari heavy cruiser? [18:51:26] Federation citizen > Three heads that bark ?
Same citizen as before.

The "TDR Fedo Relocation Society" wishes to express our deep concern over this alarming developement.
As the largest group of Fedo owners in the greater Catch and Providence area, TDR urges President Roden to handle this situation with the greatest care possible.

Ah-- apologies; most pilots use sarcasm and snark about serious subjects, and I haven't really made a study of your personal style. I kept looking for indications that you understood what you were looking at, but I guess your shift in tone didn't look like anything out of the ordinary.
Ah, well.

No worries at all, these things happen.
The last one that caused your response might have been a bit too obscure to try, but I was echoing the host of a political satire broadcast's recent bit on a flip-flopping politician who claimed something so ridiculously and easily disprovable about himself that the host "didn't even bleeping need to" show a montage of evidence against it.
