I'm preparing for my coming remap (15p, 9w) and need to start thinking about crosstraining to a new race. Currently i'm a full Caldari pilot mainly aimed at small ships (recons, hacs, bombers).
Current skills: Skillboard
Before the remap i still got a bit planned to train:
Armor compensation skills 5
Electronic Warfare 5
Target disruption 5
Dictor skills
Improve drone skills (no heavy/sentry II)
After the remap the following is planned:
AWU 5
Torpedoes 5
Cruise missiles 5
Recon 5
HAC 5
Covert ops 5
Command ship 5
Amarr cruiser 5 (for pilgrim)
??????
I have absolutely no ambition to go for capitals the coming year or longer. So there's no need to keep that possibility in mind. We usually fly in small gangs in wspace and in null sec where we have exits so we usually fly BC and smaller. Because of this i'm edging towards Minmatar, however i've always have a weak spot for Gallente (i know they suck atm) which will get a buff sooner or later..
Anyone got any tips/hints about my skillpath and crosstraining dilemma?

That looks pretty good. I wouldn't do Electronic Warfare 5 if I were you, that's only useful for supercarriers. Here's a couple other int/mem things that could be useful for you:
Energy Emission Systems 5 is handy for curse/pilg.
Stuff for Logistics: Remote Armor Repair 5, Shield Emission Sys 5, Energy Emission Systems 5, Targeting 5.
Cybernetics 5 for all sorts of implants.

How come EW 5 is for SC? I often tend to fly Falcon/Kitsune and it seems like EW 5 might help me a bit with cap issues? I'm also leaning towards training Frequency Modulation 5, Long distance jamming 5 and Signal Dispersion 5. If i go for Gallente i think i'll take Signal Supression 5 as well..

Besides that, good points! Going to include them in skillpath. :)
If you are in a dedicated ECM boat it is handy, however EW 5 is a prerequsite for the Remote ECM Burst that is a SC only module.
