Just wondering, Up to what class of wormhole can a Tengu be expected to solo? The complexes inside of course, not the wormhole itself.
Would this be a dedicated anti-complex fit, or can a probe and run fit work as well? Which sites can it take and which to avoid?
Thanks.

Class 3 with T2 fit, some class 4 with good faction fit (but be warned: "SOME" is the keyword here). Oh, and I assume you have almost perfect shield & missiles skills.

Many things are possible in this game. Consistently and realistic. ( any sites in said classes ) Probe launcher cause solo ( you want to scan out etc )
Easy C1 - C2 : Normal Tech2 Tengu Blaze through C3 : Partial pimp Tengu Solo C4 with skill : Pimp Tengu ( must scream please gank me ! )

tengu although typically terribad dps is technically capable (if need be in small groups) to do c1-6 wh.
c1-3 solo np with t2 fit as aformentioned.
youtube up 'tengu wormhole' to see some crazy dudes do higher classes in small groups.

As stated above... An active A-type medium Booster fitted Tengu can solo most Class 4 anomalies. You must fit an Ab and keep transversal up even if webbed.
Remove all the initial spawn, leaving the trigger to last, BM the triple BS spawn point, kill the trigger, warp out and back right on top of them.
Immediately set a close orbit of one of them and kill the other 2.
Biggest problem is overcoming their Spider tank with the Tengu's 600+ dps, its possible but took me up to 20 minutes with Hml's, swapping to Ham's may help but a pain in the middle of an anomaly. 2 Tengu's make it a walk in the park.
Been a while so I cant remember the one anomaly that is best to avoid solo, It has many Scram/web frigs in the initial wave meaning you can't depend on speed tanking.

all that work for a c4?
or option b: fit your tengu to not suck. 500 mil in fittings should be fine to clear them all w/o an issue and none of this warping out/back in nonsense. If local tanking c5/c6 then its a bit more work. But ya, 2nd tengu makes things a LOT faster. doable solo but better to split the loot 2 ways and clear 3-4 or more times as fast using 2 tengus.

Be careful following that advice, over confidence could lead to a loss, at least till you get some experience and can work out your own tactics. 500 mill, yes I can go with that at a pinch, but I would feel more comfortable with CN Bcu's and some Deadspace in there. Breaking that Spider tank is hard enough with 600+ dps. I used a Small booster with success after a few trials.
Warping out and back in is just one way.
Maintaining transversal is the most important thing. You can also make your way to the spawn point using the AB while dealing with the initial wave. Just don't stop or head straight at the BS. Their turret tracking sucks and missile Exp velocity/sig means very little damage gets through to a moving low sig T3. In fact once in a close orbit you can just pulse your booster. I used a halo set which helps a lot, with the added bonus of making the ship Unprobeable easier.
Faction ammo till you get into orbit then T2, Sig penalty not a problem then.

^what he said. You can solo class 3 with a T2 fitted tengu but be warned, in class 4 you get a lot of scrams and some are BS or the trigger (which you try to avoid). I ran few class 4 on SISI in my faction fitted tengu (only a C-type booster) and on one anom I managed to warp out in 85% ARMOR after heating my DG invul and the booster. A second tengu would help to kill some BS fast so you lower the incoming DPS to a level where it can be tanked, else it can take you few min (it took me 2 full loads of Fury HML) to kill one BS.

- little bit pimped tengu should be able to do some of c4 sites /mag and radar are most dangerous with 4 evil bs if i remember/ - its not always better to do higher class /increased amount of sleeper rr will lower your completion times/ - start with c3 imo /easy in tengu/ - get at least probing/salvaging alt - reshipping after clearing sites to salvage isnt very comfortable and being able to salvage while you are cleaning next site is very good - if you are considering pimping your tengu, think about crystal implants /lg/, they are not much more expensive than for example faction invuls or highend boosters
- also trying your fit on sisi is very good idea

Is my class 4 solo ship, generally only bother with barracks sites as they have the most bs however relatively sure it is fine on all c4 standard sites although be careful on Sleeper Information Sanctum as that could be tricky. For c5s/6 we use 4 or so tengus RRing each other in this form:

You may want to put an LSE on that though for the alpha if your team is a bit slow with reps
As stated above abs can work well too but I personally prefer not to use them, our legion proteus and loki pilots all fit afterburners on their local tank ships though to great effect as they require about half the tank the tengus roll with but be aware if you get webbed its very easy to die when relying on an afterburner whereas our tengus are fine

Tip for breaking spider tanks: fly between them. Sleepers try to maintain a minimal distance from you, and in doing so get too far away from the other ship to rep.
Also when doing a hard site, make bookmarks as you move around (minimum of two >150 km apart). You can warp from one to the next.

T2 Tengu can do all C2 sites. So can a drake. With a bit of warping T2 Tengu can do C3 combat sites. So can a drake. T2 Tengo can nynja radar and mag C3 sites with 3 HAMs (some C3 R & M sites have frig scrammers) Has covert and probe. Dont kill anything unless you must just loot and scoot. T2 Tengu with 2 jammers and alt in a drake - I am experimenting with this - has 2 jammers. Two BS in C3 can be awesome damage so you need to shut one up. Pimped Tengu (mainly the shield booster pithum c type medium 350mill) can solo all C3 sites.
Assumes you have most skills missile and shield related to 4.
I haven't done any C4 yet.
