just I wish to know where I can do Worlds Collide Level 4 missions ?

It's random, and AFAIK any of the 4 races corp should give it, but with combat agents you will have higher chanches

MDM, what I understand from you that Worlds Collide Level 4 missions are provided by agents which located in low security solar systems, and not provided by complex.
is that right ?

No, any Level 4 combat agent should hand it out eventually.

Von's right. You can get them off mission agents in any security space, although your location does have an impact on what rat's you'll be facing. I think you're more likely to get it off an agent whos in either a security or inernal security division, although I'm not totaly sure on the front.

Not sure if I want to do it, only my 2nd L4... hmmmm

World collide is pretty tough. Other than the first room, all ships start wat too close, and it is pretty easy to aggro them all. My dual rep domi with armor pump rigs (fully tank fitted, no damage mods) was *barely* able to keep up with the damage on the 2nd room. Pretty nasty.
Anyway, confirmed I get the mission from an internal security L4 Q17 agent. But yeah, it's pretty much random.

You have three options:
1) chicken out 
2) go for it headlong and sweat some adrenaline
3) look it up and go in prepared
And remember, anytime you need a hand with a mission, you come to the helpmymission channel ingame and ask for help.

2nd room is fairly tame once you get used to managing the aggro. I have no faction tank mods and can do it without moving using 2xTPs, 1xXL Booster and 3xShield resistance amps (2/1 specific)....only reason to move is to travel to the gate.
3rd room is the same, only need to travel to get to the crew.
Oh and Imperial Armaments in Gedugaud have given it to me sometimes 3 or 4 times in 10 missions.
