After a day or two no answer so I sent an petition request in the game this was 3 days ago, but still no answer. I understand that you guys have lot to do, but I think it will be fair to send an answer that it is in processing or you guys don't care. Funny is only that I have 3 full payed accounts and for me customer support is something important. I work in the IT-security for the Swiss Government and so I know how important is a good customer relation.
So I hope you guys (CCP) will take a time to answer, my request.

I'm sure CCP would love to have an impatient volunteer who posts on the forum whenever something happens which he doesn't agree with.

It is not about the application, it is about slow answering time in the petition system. And to your info I don't care about my application anymore. Only about slow customer support.

'Dear Reimbursement Petition sender, sorry we haven't had time to look at your petition for the Leviathan you were assembling on Friday that has disappeared into the ether, but you see, we've had more pressing needs, Toldi II has contacted us about him volunteering, and he's really important to us, afterall apparently he works in the IT-security department for the SWISS GOVERNMENT no less, so we've got to put everything else on hold.
I know you'll be pretty annoyed about this, but our hands are tied, you see he pointed out on the forum how important customer service is, so we've all had to drop everything and are awaiting delivery of the "Swiss Customer Service Manual" from Amazon, and since we're on a budget here, our boss has said we had to use the supersaver delivery so with a bit of luck it'll be here within a week.
Once we're fully versed in the said "Swiss Customer Service" techniques we'll be able to organize the petitions into the correct order using the Heidi method, and deal with them appropriately.
So once again we apologise for the delay, but I'm sure you understand why.

Seriously, 4 DAYS and it's the weekend, you're clearly not the type of candidate they're looking for if you're so impatient, do you not think that at the moment they've diverted staff away from the not so important issues to deal with the aftermath of Fridays episode. +_+

Important issues ....... I wrote my application 3 days and my "petition" 1days 10h before the crash. No I am not impatient, only would be nice when someone answered on the application, like it is in progress or we will be back in a week..... would be nice from CCP customer relation.
and to clear something I KNOW THEY ARE WORKING HARD TO FIX ALL REQUEST AFTER THE CRASH, but I think that volunteer program have nothing to do with it.

Both of those statements are contradictory. If you had enough previous experience to warrant being allowed into the volunteer program you would know 3 days / 1 day 10 hours is not a long time (ESPECIALLY so for CCP). You would also know they do not intend to inform people who have not be allowed into the volunteer program. ^this. Aspects of my game are in limbo waiting for a response to database losses, methinks you can wait. And after this little forum episode I can't imagine they would want you helping them, but hey, that's just me. |

If I was GM I wouldn't waste my time answering impatient idiots either. You applied to a volunteer program run by volunteers.
"Once you have applied you may have to wait a short time for the application to get processed by the volunteer team leads who, if they think you are suitable, will invite you for an interview and you then begin your application process."
The people who are to review your application happen to be volunteering. And you petition because you wait a few days? Seriously? I've seen some of the ISD's work the Help channels, being impatient won't do you well there. You are clearly not ISD material. Sorry

The process for joining the volunteer program will generally take a little longer than four days. All I can suggest is staying patient and they will get to your application in good time.
Unfortunately your petition has been logged during a time when Customer Support are dealing with a high volume of petitions following the server downtime on Friday.
