Multiple Links:
While setting up multiple links to stations/module like Extractor A -> Storage B and etc.
lets call the 1st Module source and others as destinations
holding shift after the source is selected will allow to keep on selecting destinations and creating several links from the source
holding ctrl will allow to make a path from A -> B -> C without having to press the Create link again.
Realistic Transfers:
-Realistic transfers, i mean time delays, the length of a link should effect how soon a resource gets to its target location, maybe within minutes, but a delay none the less. same goes for expedited resources which should be restricted to remaining free transfer logistical capacity
it will make large transfers very long :P .. if links are not upgraded to handle large transfers in short time ;)

Good topic. The ability to select several pins of the same sort when routing and linking is something that i have been thinking about aswell and would help alot when setting up your planet infrastructure.
Would also like to be able to select multiple extractors holding down shift and clicking on them and then be able to survey and install cycles on multiple extractors at the same time. When doing this just one window would pop up with the cycle times and youd select one cycle time to install for all your extractors. To see how much materials every extractor produces you would have to survey them individually. When placing 15 extractors its pretty boring and time consuming as it is working atm. I might be *****ing about it to much but 8 clicks for every extractor from surveying to routing times 15 is something that will definatly keep me from getting into this when it hits TQ. I could probably stand it if the cycle times were longer then the max of 3 days but i would rather see that the number of clicks got reduced than having the cycle times increased tbh.

/signed on all the ideas above tho the realistic transfer would make the game a lot more complex a good thing

I agree and second the ideas submitted thus far.
I like the idea of being able to control multiple extractors but also want the option to [keep the] control one at a time in case I want to setup different extracting amounts per hour.
On the routes issue being able to construct multiple routes and/or confirming multiple routes would be a huge benefit. At the very least please give us a way to "copy routes" which can be assigned to another PI infrastructure.
With the complexity of PI on the test server I don't find any reason to adjust the mechanics of different link upgrades, however, I found little need to upgrade any of the routes beyond level 2 with the networks I've created thus far.
Also, may I propose a scalable approach to the Command Center's (CC) cargohold? That way the higher tier CC's can hold and export (via space elevator) more m3 than a lesser tier CC. Note, the carghold should never meet (or come close to) the cargohold in a spaceport.
Another proposal, what about being able to upgrade all or some of the individual infrastructure (extractor, processor, storage, etc.)? I'm fine without it or even a limit but would make PI more interesting.
Feedback is appreciated.
