So there I was fitting up a frigate on an alt, ready to dish out some Dakka and, buggerit, I'm out of PG by 12 but have tons of CPU left over. No problem, I'll buy a Micro Auxillary Power ... HOW MUCH? No chance will I be spending 30 mil on module for a ship that in total costs 2 mil!
So come on, allow T2 Micro Auxiliary Power Core's to be invented. They don't have to be anything special, could just be equivalent to best named but considerably cheaper.
For those confused, I'm talking about these -------------------------- Sigless |

Navy MAPCs are the best bang for the buck. Floating around 12-15 mil isk. They are the same as meta 4 - check contracts.

T2 usually comes with some disadvantage together with advantage... so no, it can't be just "equal" to best named.
Also, if it is too expensive - don't buy it... or someone is keeping a gun at your head ?

Was thinking more along the lines with how a fair few T2 vs Meta 4 modules work - same positive benefit with the T2 having slightly harsher fitting requirements.
And no there is no gun at my head, just don't want to drop 12 mil on a module for a 2 mil ship (which is my problem, but it'd be nice for a cheaper alternative). -------------------------- Sigless |

Navy MAPC is what you're looking for. If you're complaining about the price, then you're fitting too much on your ship. IME, frig fitting is an art more than a science.
Consider named extender/plates or something.
