CERB, reasons to use it: It has approximately equal ham dps as the Drake, twice the range (530dps@40km terror rages, 300dps@68km torrent javs), higher speed, and aligns almost 3s faster. I get these numbers with my skills and no hardwirings. With 2xShield extenders + photon scattering + dcII you will be hard to kill in small gang warfare. In particular if you have shield logistics with you. Also, if in a small gang, you will most certainly not be primaried since not so many FCs suspect a Cerb to be a 550 dps machine. With high certainety you will be the top damage dealer in your gang. Guys went after me (as opposed to others in gang) a couple of times. They always die before getting very far into shields. Keep moving. Keep the f**k out of scram range...ie, use the cerb range bonus to your benefit.
