A lifetime ban is on the player not the character/account so if CCP see's this response then there is a good chance you'll get that account banned too.

I dont really get griefing the example made sense but say someone stole from you and you dedicated the rest of your eve life camping and suicide ganking them, would this be classed as griefing? There was a anti Ankh thread on C+P a few weeks back and shadow mentioned something about griefing, I think or believe if I for my own pleasure and within reason continuously caused pain via pvp in game to another person it wouldnt be classed as griefing. But I doubt CCP would perma ban someone who did this, maybe after several warnings so I am led to believe he was an ISK seller XD Also when does revenge turn into griefing? Personally I am having issues with a market lamer who always puts buy orders on for 0.01 higher than me, there isnt anything I can do and the 5 min timer doesnt help, can I report him?
