If so, it may have to do with the fact that CCP must comply with national government rules about Internet access and information transfer, which may clash with their services they provide. If you are unclear on any issues, try submitting a petition. By the by, not all of us think all Chinese are isk farmers. The ban: No one knows why, petition it with CCP Killing Noobs: Killing very new players in starter systems is a big no no. Killing newcomers genrally is fine, pretty weak but its fine. From your KB you are killing in low sec and 0.0 which is of course fair game. Being Chinese: They don't ban you for this. CCP periodically mass ban macro bots, there are quite a few of these from China. CCP should know the difference. Being the Bad Guy: Go for it. Again, you just seem to be doing low sec pvp in small gangs / teaming with one other person. This is hardly being the bad guy, you could do way worse before getting in trouble. Ultimately, again, petition CCP and be prepared to wait up to two weeks to get a response regarding the ban. ~_~ (Retired from ship toasting. Now a professional.)

And you much probably did something, as you know, you got banned. Killing other players is fine and you weren't banned for that. I'm sure you weren't banned for being Chinese. Contacting customer support would be a good starting point of your investigation, as, you know, nobody here has any means to help you.

There was a anti Ankh thread on C+P a few weeks back and shadow mentioned something about griefing, I think or believe if I for my own pleasure and within reason continuously caused pain via pvp in game to another person it wouldnt be classed as griefing. But I doubt CCP would perma ban someone who did this, maybe after several warnings so I am led to believe he was an ISK seller XD Also when does revenge turn into griefing? Personally I am having issues with a market lamer who always puts buy orders on for 0.01 higher than me, there isnt anything I can do and the 5 min timer doesnt help, can I report him?

This is from a petition I sent a while ago. It was after a 1 year old miner in a rookie system was threatening to "have my account banned" for flipping cans there. No, rookie systems do not make you immune to can flipping, just like a gang of hulks can go right in and wipe out all the belts clean, so the new kids on the block undock and see nothing but stars with no asteroids to interact with.

Off-c, if you actually understood that CCP is a company and sometimes - though very rarely for CCP, they care about PR, you would know that. I'm not saying that he deserved the ban or not - or if he is even banned and this is not some poorly concocted troll, but going to teh forums unfortunately has worked better in the past, off-course accompanied by an in-game petition. --- I smack just for myself. Allow faction cap boosters to be traded via normal market !
