It's almost 2.5 months since I fell foul of a gate-camp, half way thru the arch angels epic arc, and was relieved of the courier mission item.
Can anyone advise me as to where I rejoin the arc when my time is up? Is it the initial agent (Egbinger in my case) or is it the agent that ran the mission I failed to complete (somewhere in curse)?
Cheers Subs

I am only guessing, but I would say that your original mission may have timed out by now and failed. (Do epic missions have a complete by time?)
What does it show in your journal?
I think you may have to start from the beginning again after your 3 months have passed.

Epic arc mission offers do not, in my experience, expire. I haven't done one for a couple months now but think they have time bonuses that can expire just like 'normal' missions.
My fail mission was a courier where the mission item was removed from my possession via my unplanned death at a bubble gate-camp. I tried to recover by contacting my killers (no joy) and by watching contracts (not surprisingly nothing), but in the end quit the mission so that I could at least start it again after the timer expired.

That arc no longer shows in my journal under missions, altho my part-completion of it is shown in the epic arc section.

Thanks. I agree. Looks like I'll go try the starter agent again sometime soon, and excercise a little more care in the nullsec courier missions next time round

I can now answer my own question ... and hope the info will also prove helpful to others in the future.
The pirate epic arc restarts with the starter agent, in my case Aton Hordner, Republic Security Services celestial agent in Egbinger. When I 'spoke' with Aton earlier today, after the appropriate waiting period, he offered me the arc on the condition that my 'memory' was cleared of any recollection of the previous effort. When I agreed to this the journal entries were deleted and I started the arc afresh ... hopefully I'll manage to complete it this time :-) |

Thank you for taking the time to update this thread! Interesting to know.
As another point, apparently the issue with every agent in the whole chain checking your standing is getting fixed in the patch today (29th June).
Only the firse Agent should check your faction at the beginning of the arc after todays patch!
