I have tried a few days now to switch to paying with a credit card on the account management site. However, when I click the "switch to credit card" button I get an error message about some internal error, and it says that support has been notified. I first got this message five days ago so I thought that somebody would at least get around to fixing it until today, but no, the error is still there. Now, my parents are going away for a few weeks tomorrow so that means that I won't be able to get a credit card, which means that I won't be able to pay with a credit card, which means that I will loose money using PayByCash. Now I'm wondering why the support team hasn't taken the time to fix this, cause it makes me pretty mad when I rely on someone and they can't even fix a simple error with their website.

I have this problem also.....So if anyone from the support team ever reads these forums ...SORT IT OUT OR WE WILL ALL GO PLAY PLANETSIDE.
Answer your customers questions....or have no customers.

oh hum.
I also have this problem. But at least I have a month until my 30 day trial runs out. Hopefully by then this problem would have been sorted.
Something so simple and yet it remains unfixed. Strange especially as this problem regards money. You would think CCP would jump to get it sorted.
Still, as a whole EVE rocks!!

I had problems similar to this about a year back. It turned out that it was 1 line in the cards address being slightly different. I didn't put the word "flat" in or something like that when both addresses were technicly correct.
Make sure the details are exactly the same including upper case and lower case and that notations like MR or MRS etc are exactly the same. Failing that email their support as they will get back to you and put a long skill in to train just in case your account runs for a few days.
