Just how ****ing long does it take to answer a petition????
I petitioned on 01 Dec 04 and still no answer, Sheez I know you guys are busy and all that but 11 days and no response

Well i agree i put one in over a week ago and no luck....i guess they are to busy......to look after their customers.....

Well i agree i put one in over a week ago and no luck....i guess they are to busy......to look after their customers.....

Petition again every 6-12 hours till you get a response.
Dont mind the trolls, Eve's "community" seems to consist mostly of guttermonkies and various griefers, then again that's basically the internet.

if you had been keeping up to date with the news ronif you would notice that the GM's have around 4000 petitions to go through at the moment and are trying to get through them all. The answer is not to re-submit petitions ever 6-12 lol :)

Do that, and you'll just make it longer - because the queue gets longer, it'll waste the GMs time, I'm pretty sure it wont put the GM in a good mood when they come to answering it, and it'll make it take even longer for other people as well.
I'm pretty sure the first thing the GMs would like is to be able to answer and solve all the petitions, but it does take a long time, especially seeing as after a big patch release there's an awfully high amount, and growing every few minutes.

I've done helpdesk for a living, it doesn't take effort to clear duplicate tickets.
Neither does it take 7 days to answer a call. We had alot more than 4000 tickets, the ones at the bottom of the pile didn't get answered for months. Once it takes THAT long, you aint gonna get an answer.

A petition takes time, accept it, I have one in at the moment that Im expecting to take atleast 2 weeks to even get the automated "clear cache" response to, say a month before I get the first live person response and another week or so to get the issue really looked into.
This is mainly due to the backlog with post exodus petitions, despite cleaning the table with all 23rd-28th petitions. They will get round to it eventially, sadly it takes time.
Personally I have the ingame funds to simply replace the stuff I lost and keep playing untill I get an answer.
