I was playing eve fine a few days ago... yesterday I try to login and it gets stuck at aquiring bulk data 32/46.
I have cleared the cache, setting files, renamed the bulkdata folder, ran the repair tool and even completely unistalled and reinstalled the entire client.
It still gets stuck at 32/46... Ive let it sit for hours and when I came back socket was closed..
any help?

hello, i have the same problem. its a good thing i checked the forums before i did all that. 32/46 bulk data. this seems to be a common problem per patch. this happens every time.

Sorry to hear you share my pain,
Hello CCP at least 4 paying accounts here that cant log in.
Had a friend that can login send me a copy of his bulkdata folder.... still sticks at 32/46
Need some answers please.

Same problem here starting 2 days ago. I've tried uninstalling, deleting and clearing all files, reinstalling. I've run the repair tool and still hanging at 32/46. I even tried this fix suggested in a thread about bulk hangs at 37/39, no dice there either.
Can we get a new fix?

Simply extract them into your C:\Program Files\CCP\EVE\bulkdata folder and then launch the client and you should have no problems connecting.

hello, i have tried logging from alternate locations, and have had the same problem. but i have come to the same conclusion for each instance. the problem seems due to the release of the latest patch. i hope that this helps to narrow down the problem, if at all.

Hi,
If you're suffering from getting stuck at acquiring bulkdata 32/46 when trying to login to the game, please follow the following instructions:
1) Download the 48d6.zip file from http://content.eveonline.com/bulkdata/48d6.zip 2) Extract the 48d6.cache file located in the zip file to Bulkdata folder located under the EVE installation folder. Default locations:
Windows XP/Vista/7 32bit: C:\Program Files\CCP\EVE\bulkdata Windows XP/Vista/7 64bit: C:\Program Files (x86)\CCP\EVE\bulkdata Steam client Windows XP/Vista/7 32bit: c:\Program Files\steam\steamapps\common\EVE Online\bulkdata Steam client Windows XP/Vista/7 64bit: c:\Program Files (x86)\steam\steamapps\common\EVE Online\bulkdata 3) Once the file has been extracted, start the EVE client (do not login yet). 4) Press ESC or click on the Settings button and go to the 'Reset Settings' tab and click on the 'Clear' button for 'Clear all cache files' 5) The client will prompt you to restart the client, click yes on that prompt 6) Once the client has been restarted login normally.
