For months already Patchnotes are released after the patch. Seems they are busy :) Probably a release of the patch notes before the patch would help ppl a bit. Most want to play once the patch is out knowing what has changed. Could have influance on keeping or loosing a ship.

For months already Patchnotes are released after the patch. Seems they are busy :) Probably a release of the patch notes before the patch would help ppl a bit. Most want to play once the patch is out knowing what has changed. Could have influance on keeping or loosing a ship.

I heard the petition button would be removed from the ingame gui and the out of game petitions, the "ask questions," removed from Eve Insider....
I guess it's possible with the expected "outages" over the next few days. :-)
Though some official patch notes would be appreciated, I would hate for such ugly rumors to stay afloat.

Check this thread for discussion on the patch notes. The notes themselves can be found here.
We try to get the patch notes up the night before the patch (sometimes something is added at the last minute which makes it difficult to keep accurate notes if published any earlier). Sometimes there is a slip and the notes are published patch day, but that is the rarity, not the norm.

Hey in the News item, you forgot to include the /updates/ in the link. The news item goes to a dead link. The link in this post works though.
