I am looking to trade this character for a Minmatar character of similar SP. As you can see from HERE he is well skilled in all areas Caldari.
He has 8M in missiles alone, Frigate, Cruiser, Battlecruiser and Battleship are all at 5. He also flys the Marauder and Tengu plus the Nighthawk for a change of pace. He has a full set of low grade crystal implants (minus Omega) and has level 4 agents for both Caldari Navy and Republic Fleet.
If you dont have a character with the same SP, I will consider an isk + character and I am also open to serious buyout offers.

There isnt a start bid, I realised I wanted to trade or sell so am looking for a decent offer over 7B.

Why bid then....If you had no intention of buying, why the ingame mail? Maybe others will see this and not accept any bids from you in the future. Still, thanks anyway :)
