Update your drivers. Check your RAM. Check your video card and power supply for overheating issues. -á"Sanity is the playground of the unimaginitive."-á-- Anonymous "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over-áagain expecting different results."-á-- A. Einstein |

What he said. Something broked.
What error type are you getting on the BSOD?
In any case... Install some stuff to monitor temperatures. If you are lucky, stuff is all full of dust, gets too hot, and starts doing things wrong. Speedfan is a good example. It will also tell you voltages, note if they fluctuate for later. Also get something for your video card.
Not the case? Then something broked proper. Do a memorytest, your ram is one of the easier things to troubleshoot. Errors? Great now it can either be your ram indeed, or your CPU, mainboard, power... frankly a lot can break :) Swapping ram bars around whilst testing can help ruling that out. There is a nice thingy called prime95 that is often used to stress systems, it has a stress test which does not stress your memory all that much which is a good way to rule it out. If voltages from monitor programs fluctuate, your power unit might be broken, overheating, or you're pushing its limit.
Frankly this is a wide subject and I don't have much time to spend, but given that there is no explosion of BSOD complaints, its not EVE that's doing it. It just stresses your system to a point where error becomes an issue.
Anyways, check for dust buildup and overheating first. Come back with more info. Loadsa ppl here can help, at least as much as we can from afar. BSOD? I haven't had a BSOD since I installed Windows 7 64 bit. No matter how bad a program crashes or locks up, it always responds to CTRL-ALT-Del and lets me close it out in the task manager.
I would suggest upgrading from Windows 95 to a more reliable OS.

BSOD is so Windows xp sp1.
You should post a lot better information than you did, OP. We cant even start to help w/o system specs.

the only time I ever BSODd with win 7 was when playing eve, only happened once the only thing I can think that was different was I also had EFT open, but I do that a lot and like I said it hasn't happened again
BSODS are kind of lame to troubleshoot, best to write down the code you see and google it, while not usually specific it can point to a general area of your machine to look in. The American public's reaction to the change was poor and the new cola was a major marketing failure. The subsequent reintroduction of Coke's original formula, re-branded as "Coca-Cola Classic", resulted in a significant gain in sales, leading to speculation that the introduction of the New Coke formula was just a marketing ploy |

BSOD is in most cases caused by faulty/incorrect drivers, incompatible/broken hardware or heat issues. BSOD is very rarely caused by software error in actual program. However some program can function as catalyst to trigger some BSOD event - EvE for example could be program like this.
