I'm very surprised this hasn't happened before xD. Well, I figured that I would start one. This is public, obviously, so add your listings + reasoning in posts below, and I'll update as I can.
Criteria for being in blacklist:
-Must be an individual EVE player
-Alts of this player may be included
-Blacklisted player will be listed for no more than the arbitrary limit of 500 days (we don't want them quitting EVE, do we?). This can be renewed!
-Killmails, chat logs may be required for some scenarios (i.e. pirate corp/alliance not honoring ransoms, etc.)
I'll put up 2 more messages as *reserved* if this grows.
OK, so here's a sample of what your submission should look like. Proof is not necessary; it's ultimately a corp's responsibility on whether the player is a good pick or not. So, format your submissions as below.
