So far as I know, there's nothing wrong with sending yourself the invites -- nothing on the info page says specifically "player must be new to EVE Online" or anything like that.
Bear in mind, though, that you need to activate those accounts in order to get the 30 days... so you'd still be spending PLEX/GTCs/Credit Cards to pay for an account.

Still, you also get a free spy/scout/salvager/price checker etc.

No, the idea was that you offered a friend invite to yourself, and then when you pay for the new account with a PLEX or creditcard you get two accounts for 30 days, for the price of one.

CCP dun really care what you use your b-invite for as long as it turns into a paid subscription.

You can invite yourself, I've done this 2 times, also asked CCP. You can even pay it with a PLEX, or even do it if your on your 5 day "free game time" which inactive pilots like me got emailed, so even under special offers, this works.

I think OP means that he has a deal for (new)players, where he sends them a buddyinvite and then helps them out in various ways in return for the free 30days.
Am I correct? If I am, yes, it's allowed. There are ppl in the help channel actively offering help in return for a buddyinvite.
