Character only has to be able to fly an Aeon or should be close to.
This is possible with about 7m SP as the char only needs carrier III.
Please let me know what you have to offer.

Aeon holding char with 8m sp needs 130d to train (+3 implants):
-21d trial
-110d paid via gtc -> 1,2b
-skills -> 975m
-transfer -> 450m
About 3b for your 10m char, but have to see him on eveboard first.

actually... a char for holding supercaps is very specialized, and its the only thing the char can do, its useless for anything else, so 5b is fairly normal.
