So, say I manage to get a CC down on a planet located in WH space. How do I get my materials from the Customs Office if the WH is collapsed and I'm back in regular space? Will I still be able to warp-to-zero to the Office to retrieve it?

Obviously, you'll have to find a new WH to that WH space.
The best idea is to leave a scanner alt IN the WH. Then scan down a way out, move the materials out, then get back in before the WH entrance moves again.
WH's are best lived in, not worked while living outside.

Good luck, if you are outside the WH when it collapsed and you are not in the WH and do not have a scanning alt in the WH you are pretty much *%^& out of luck.
As was already stated in several posts (and available on numerous sites related to W-Space), every WH System has at least one Static Wormhole. This does not mean that it is always in the same spot, or connects to the same place, just that when it disappears, it immediately reappears elsewhere in the system and will always connect to the same TYPE of space (ie High Sec, Class 1 WH, Class 6 WH etc).
In K-space (ie low, high and Null) the named Wormholes (ie not K162's) will respawn somewhere when they disappear, but not always in the same system.
So the only way to be able to consistantly manage PI in WH space is to have scanning capability in the WH-system and scan a way back to K-space.
You can still manage PI in WH's that you are not in, but you will not be able to use launchpads, or obviously get to your stuff, without access to the Wormhole system.
Hope that helps.

EVE sometimes requires homework...

You don't have to worry about that, because there are NO customs offices in WH space.

So, does that mean you can't import to a WH space planet?

Someone else that needs to do their homework.

Hush child, the adults are talking...
The Customs Offices spawn in space as soon as any colony constructs a Launchpad. From then on, any more Launchpads route their cargo through that single Customs Office.
So while there are no Customs initially... as soon as someone lays down a CC and makes a Launchpad, there will be. |

Was in a WH system yesterday, 7 customs offices out of 10 planets there. ______________________________________________________ Isn't it enough to know that I ruined a pony making a gift for you? |

Wormholes are useless for PI, honestly, you are better off trying to colonize Jita 4, I hear good things.

I did kind of wonder how Concord (or whoever) manages to set up a customs office and charge me in W-space...talk about death and taxes!

Well, you know how all EVE ships seem to have way more space on them than is required for their guns?
Taxmen in cryo-pods. Hundreds of them. Everywhere.
