Let me restate: If Tuskers are serious about doing this to benefit the pirate community: 1. Make it a free service 2. Commit to never introducing any form of fee. Then I will support you and even offer useful suggestions. Otherwise admit that actually it is not the pirates you care about, you just saw an opportunity to make some isk for basically no real effort or work.

Ransoms have a much higher success rate when the convo is kept to its simplest forms and capitalize on the panic of the victim. I assure you that "Give ISK or die!" and receiving panicked ISK within 10 seconds of telling them how much will always be more successful than, "To prove that I am legitimate in my ransom attempt, I urge you to join this channel, its a third party ransom service so you know i'm not scamming you." Just the fact that you have to bring up the fact that they might be scammed and putting that in their mind is going to give them enough second thought to decide not to want to do it.
