There really isn't an issue with his logic, there is a big difference between suicide ganking and purposely causing lag.

Ganking may interfere with your perceived enjoyment, but it doesn't hamper your *ability* to enjoy the game. Ganking is part of the game, artificial lag generation is not.

The EULA means whatever CCP wants it to mean, and the meaning changes as often as they mean for it to change. The EULA exists solely for CCP and not for the end user. That's been clear for a long time. Hulkageddon is the best example of this. It clearly interfered with the enjoyment of thousands of players, but so what?

Does that mean that hardly anyone read the ToS/EULA since that point has been in there for years and years... Even the zombies back in the days could have been slapped with that rule.

Hulkageddon is a gray area. It is without question "harassment" according to US law, but not **clearly** harassment according to UK law. I could not find the Icelandic law about harassment.
