i'm thinking about buying a char or more.
i'm interested by ;
* 1 char able to fly a tengu, or near it. i don't need something with big skills, as i want someone cheap if possible, but will consider a good char
* 1 char able to fly a hulk AND orca. with refining skill is better. i know there is tons of char like that to sell here. also someone cheap is better.
* 1 char able to fly a cov' ops, with of course a cov cloaking. probing skills needed. price will be more important than skills for this one.
what i will consider :
i'm searching for a good deal. not for the perfect toon.
* i can't pay more than 2.5B for a char. and it will only be if i find it really good. it may be total for all 3 char, or only 1 with good skills.
* i have time, not in a hurry at all. but if you have a good offer and want a quick sale, we can see.
* i DON'T want an achura male, and i care about the name and the portait (yeah i'm serious)
* i will consider char very cheap missing some skills. may for example buy more than 1 cov' guy if cheap. high learning are not mandatory. i prefer something ready, with more time for later, than something needing more time, but without the need to raise learning after.
* some PI skills are better.
* good standing are better, but don't really care.
* if you have a char who can do 2 or 3 jobs of what i search it's better ; tengu + orca/hulk is the best. if he can only fly orca or hulk it's not a problem. even a tengu pilot with only barge 5 is intersting. miner + cov is also intersting.
* not a problem is some skills are missing, i will consider your offer if the price reflect this.
* i don't care at all about combat or other skill for the cov ops char. i prefer a char flying amarr cov (meaning amarr fri 5). don't want min for this.

I'll have a scanning char ready on August 16th:
All Scannings skills IV (except for Acquisition)
Coverops IV (with cloak and mwd)
Support skills to III-IV
Was looking for about 1,2b

well lots of my customers love the tengu, so i'm thinking about trying xD
and i'm seriuouly running out of probing alt, so i'm looking if it's possible to have one with cov op cheap, but seems i underspriced a lot this thing... so i think i will remove the offer for this one, and include it as a bonus on the other.
well anyway, i had no offer for a tengu pilot, so if someone have one... even if it's a bit more expensive than my budget i will think about it ;)

totally redo the 1st post
i'm not the only one searching for a tengu char, but the others seems to want one over ready.
i will consider one with low sp.
