I got my ship destroyed by another player navy torpedos in 0.8 high sec. He attacked me first, but Concord did not appeared. I don't have a kill mail. How can this be possible? And how much time is gonna be in my character the combat log for my loss?

You might have encountered him before and granted him killrights ? Otherwise it's not possible that he attacked first.
He stole from your wrecks perhaps, and you didnt notice your drones attacking him might be an option that makes it seem as if he fired the first shot.
I wanna get blowed too btw ========================== Nothing is true, everything is permitted. ========================== |

Yeah man. You fired first. Or you aggro'd him first. Or he had kill rights on you. There is no other way a random guy could attack you in high sec without being concorded. I know it sucks, obviously enough for you to come on the forum and shed some tears, and I am sorry about that, honest, but you weren't cheated or robbed. It was all working as designed.
If you haven't already check out the guff on flipping and aggro: http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Can_Flipping and Kill Rights and how they work: http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Kill_rights
HTH
Now you got a taste for it I hope? Cos' its the best way to learn.
EDIT: Having drones set on aggressive is the usual 'whoopsie' mistake new players make. Specially miners.

Set your drones to passive when someone's pinching your loot, silly. Please re-size your signature to the maximum allowed of 400 x 120 pixels with a maximum file size of 24000 bytes. Zymurgist |

My drones were attacking an npc ship, there was no aggro countdown before that, and no kill rights since I didn't kill any ship never. Could this be a bug? Concord not even bothered about me :(

Drones have the habit to sometimes think on their own and switch targets. Set them to passive and bind the drone commands to for example:
alt+e = engage target alt+r = return and orit alt+d = return to dronebay ========================== Nothing is true, everything is permitted. ========================== |

I don't believe drones will attack a player unless commanded to.

Drones attack valid targets on some 'known to CCP only' vague rules that are a complete mystery to me.
My drones are set to 'grouped', yet, after killing target X they split and attack A,B,C and D ... even tho setting them grouped should prevent this.
My drones neglect my command to kill X on a regular basis to switch to Y and Z. I sometimes have to reissue the kill X command a few times.
And you better believe they attack player targets .. the prime reason why can flipping an afk miner is so much fun sometimes, if they have their drones out ========================== Nothing is true, everything is permitted. ========================== |

Drones set to aggressive will attack anything that has aggro to its owner even when they are already attacking something else. Though iirc they are not supposed to attack when someone gains aggro from loot theft so it might be a bug.
Either way the guy was smart and gambled on the op's drones aggroing him and it looks like at least one switched targets and gave him the right to blow you in high sec.

I didn't either. Until my drones once decided that people in my own fleet were far nicer targets than the scrambling NPC frigates. (Stupid aggression mechanics. I don't care if a fleet member isn't in the same system as me and/or I'm docked, they're still allowed to loot stuff.) I thought everybody knew CONCORD was working for the Sansha by now?
Otherwise, 5/10, good attempt, but doesn't leave the threshold of 'mediocre'

I think you got confused with the fact that the thief went blinky red (after he stole your wreck/can) (he might have even shot on a can of his to confuse you) with an attack then you saw the need to defend yourself and you therefore gave him killrights.
Basis 101 empire provocation hehehe...
