If you wanna get them to listen like all others have said you have to hit them in the wallet. You need to start doing the following.
If you pay by cash switch to isk buy PLEX
Boycott fanfest
Don't vote for Eve on European Game Awards
Email/Write to computer magazines saying how bad the lag is.
Spread negative vibes about the game.
Don't convince friends to start playing.
As long as they get their new subscriptions they'll just ignore the long term fanbase. Dominion was great its gone downhill from there.
CCP is about money deny them that and they will listen.

Game performance is utter ... and all we get from CCP are more useless expansions with ... nobody wants. We want to play EVE, fly internet spaceships. We DON't want SIM CITY or Sims.

7 years on and the game mechanics are deteriorating , perhaps these are mid stages of the end.
