Here's what I'm want to buy:
1) Fleet invite to your Level 4 Mission running operation - I will be far away and not participating in the mission running. I'm online almost every day from 02:00 - 06:00 eve time.
2) You share all the mission rewards with me using the pop-up option when you turn in the mission.
3) My NPC Corp Standing increases with each mission.
All I really want is the NPC corp standing increase, and by default I'll get some of the loyalty points since those aren't transferable.
Here's what you get:
1) I will give back all shared mission isk rewards, less my corp's tax rate, which I think is 10% or 11%
2) I cannot give back loyalty points, because I don't know how to do that.
3) You keep any storyline rewards, modules, implants...etc that you get from your missions.
4) I will pay a TBD negotiated amount for each full point of standing increase that I see with either of those NPC corps.
From my perspective, this seems like a fair deal. If I'm off my rocker please explain and I'll rethink the offer.

You'll have to pay extra for the LP shared too. I'd say an average of 1m per 1k LP would be acceptable to most people.

Exactly, for most mission runners LP = cash. 1000 isk per LP is perhaps a little low. Most of us if we look hard can beat that.
I also think that paying on completion of a full corporation standing point won't appeal to people. You should offer payment by hundredths. You can see how much they earned for you by going to Character Sheet > Standings > exact Corporation > right click > select Show Transactions.
Otherwise if you're paying when you complete a point let me know when you're at .99.

Thanks for the input - good points made and I think each of those areas are negotiable.
So, bottom line message is that this is intended to be no real loss to the mission runner, except slower increase in standing for yourself because you're sharing them with me. You're doing me a favor and I want to pay you for it. Benefit of an additional revenue stream and no-hassle working with a no-crap/no-drama guy like myself.

Note that the level 4 agents for Duvolle Labs are Production & Personnel. This means countless cargo hauling runs, with the occasional mining mission and the rare few combat missions.
The LP rewards are abysmal, and I can't imagine anyone actually seriously talking about ISK/LP conversion for Duvolle LP. A level 4 courier mission will pay something ridiculous like 300LP.
You'd want to negotiate a "per point" rate, and then pay out prorata for each missioning session. Typical increments for Duvolle Labs level 4 missions are eg: 0.18% for a 12-jump courier mission in a Mammoth/Iteron V. They might be better now, due to the buff to level 4 courier missions (no longer will a level 4 agent give you a 1m3 parcel to haul 3 jumps).
I could be making 10M ISK/hr from Federation Navy mission in the Dodixie, Aunia, Vylade magic triangle. I can complete about four 12-jump courier missions per hour, so the rate I'd be thinking about would be in the order of 30M ISK per 1% increase in standings as shown in the "transactions" log, paid prorata for the shown increase. Note that this is entirely independent of changes in standings shown in the "relationship" tab since a 1% "increase in standings" is actually a 1% reduction of the difference between your current standings and 10.0. Thus your percentage increases in standings will become exponentially more expensive as you get closer to where you want to be.
Thus four missions in one hour would net four 0.09 increases in standings, and you'd be paying me 11M ISK. These numbers are old - I think the last time I checked them out I was busily grinding standings with Duvolle labs around about March-April (it was before courier missions were buffed).
I'd offer my services, but your hours are smack bang in the middle of my planetside responsibilities!
