Welcome to MINC Recruitment Thread.
We are currently looking to recruit
 PVP Members
We are a 0.0 Corporation that is a member of Razor Alliance, one of the oldest and most well established alliances in the game. We have daily PVP opportunities, ranging from small roaming gangs all the way up to large scale fleet and capital battles. While we are always looking for additional FCes, the NC has a team of experienced fleet commanders that help ensure fun fights.
MINC has several benefits for the right pilot, including a ship replacement program (SRP) that replaces your PVP losses (in most cases) free of charge (including fitting), you keep the insurance. We also have a schedule of PVP rewards that based on participation and other stats, provides for free fitted ships, including T3, as well as an opportunity to earn a free PLEX (30 days of free game time). If you're interested in capital ships, we have programs designed to assist you in getting into one quickly, with free replacement of carrier/dreads if lost in fleet.
We also have access to fully upgraded (Lvl 5) 0.0 space for carebearing, in addition to Gurista Plexes and WHs. While we are PVP focused, once your main has proved themselves, alts are welcome to generate isk in support of PVP and Super Capitals.
Our ideal candidate is:
Combat orientated >20M SP Character
Able to use Teamspeak
Willing to participate in daily/weekly PVP Ops
Able to provide API Key
Able to fit a Battleship and/or HAC with T2 fit
Mature with a Professional Attitude
Able to have fun in corp chat!

The corp has both Euro and US TZ players. Alliance is more euro. But since RZR is part of NC it is easy to get into a fleet at any time.

It looks like you have a good corp with excellent programs in place. I have been away from PvP since Lead Invasion Team fell to two-three active players and I left the corp and FCON for that reason. As I am a missile specialist. I don't have BS non-missile / T2 turrets. However, I can fly Inties, Recons, HACs, HICs in all races except Gallente. I plan on training for Revelation after I finish up some specilization skills for Huggin, Rapier, and Vaga.

If you can fly t2 zealot/vaga that should be enough. Alliance/NC fleets are often BS/logi heavy though, and hacs can get expensive to replace - although we have a pretty good SRP in place for replacing them.
