Edited by: Commander Godsmack on 17/08/2010 19:54:42 Edited by: Commander Godsmack on 17/08/2010 19:52:45 * I need a loan for 500 mill * Can provide collateral = Megathron Navy Issue (equity value 450-500) * Looking for interest of 1.5% weekly * Short term loan / no specific end date known but likely not to go on for 2 weeks - Want option to cash out/complete loan at any time
Other * Not total a unknown - I have asked for and completed a similar loan request before which was filled by Cosmo Ray
* Security/Collateral I' believe the navy mega backs the isk requested being it's value is about equal to the above request and having requested a similar loan like this some time back where Cosmo ray accepted not an entirely 100% collateral yet I still completed the loan. If this however still has you nervous I'll dig up some other crap for w/e few mill extra needs to be covered.
Edit- http://www.eve-search.com/thread/1297407/page/1#20 Link to previous loan I was mentioning *copy+paste in url if link dosnt work

I appreciate the offer Sepi however I'll give this out as an fyi to interested investors is that I will not value the mega below 450 mill ; there are plenty of contracts above this number to support this and second the request for 500 mill is not negotiable. I can work with interest rate possibly more product for collateral. Feel free to convo me with w/e questions you may have if are considering in giving the loan.

Aye i agree on its current value, however my 400mill was based on the 110% collatoral :)
My offer was on the table at that, Wish you good luck in your hunt, i would possibly suggest as a previous customer of cosmo probably dropping him a mail :)
good luck

cosmo does a lot of these small loans but there always 110% secure, commander doesn't matter what you value that ship as simply put it doesn't cover the loan so its worthless if somebody did give you for 500 mil on that ship then all they are really doing is buying a really really expensive navy mega

I am confirming i am the lender. Collateral comes out to be 480mil but the Commanders previous records lead me to believe his deal is solid. 440 being the mega price and 40mil for the scrambler.

Reason 1: They like possesions. Reason 2: They think the object will increase in price, so selling is a worse option than borrowing.
Personally, I agree with you. I always sell everything I'm not going to use in the foreseeable future.

Why not simply use the Navy Issue Thron to earn the money you need? Certainly sounds like it could run high-level missions or sleepers pretty easily.

Edited by: Commander Godsmack on 19/08/2010 16:08:18 o/ Ambah!! Thanks for the offer, I'll hit you up next time when I need a loan ------
Now to address a couple points made about selling the my Navy mega; its not really selling when I'm going to be buying it back when I'm done, and also JitaPriceChecker, Your right i could sell the mega on contracts but if you have any experience with contracts you would know that contracts can be slow moving and they are a bit different from the market and for the purposes needed for this loan time was not a luxury.
Also this turkey is proving to be of more of use to me as an asset rather than permanently turning into liquid.

I know you didn't just suggest something leik UNDOCKING and leaving my coveted leather station chair.
In any case again: Time : It takes forever to get 500 mill via missions

Much less than 2 weeks depends on how much you play.

Much more common to watch the market, see something trading well, move into that market and all of a sudden everything just comes to a complete halt and you're stuck with inventory that won't move unless you take a loss.
